More and more people are starting to think again about the food they eat and where it comes from, and MFoE campaigner Ali Abbas hopes the new guide will help them make a more informed choice: "People can find out what real food is, and why it's better for their health, the environment and their local community . There are ideas for how to find real food, and our directory lists the local outlets where people can try it out and get real!"
